Whom or what organization will be present when the vote is tallied? Who will watch and make sure the votes are stored in a safe & secure place before the counting begins? Who will watch the watchers?

I read somewhere that there is an election supervisor for UPS count(s). Think it was on the TDU website. Don't know any more than that. And TDU folks will be there in force as Dutchman has said.
