BELTON, S.C. —Emergency crews were called to a fuel spill after a tanker overturned in downtown Belton Sunday morning.
Hazardous materials crews responded to the intersection of Thompson Street and North Main Street, also known as South Carolina Highway 20, around 9:40 Sunday morning, according Belton Police Chief Tommy Clamp.
