I do not know if most has seen this, and it does not explain the amount of uncertainty but it is rather interesting, thought I would share, it also states the # comprised are also not exact, but is in referrance to how quick change is through certain internet resources as well as other statistics, and anyone who know's about stats,( knows how dead on they really are, sarcasm of coarse). Enjoy any way.
