In the news article it says the driver will be charged?......How do they know what happened?.....It doesn't say if he was drug tested, breathallyzer...nothing.....Now the man can be sued personally and makes you wonder if he could lose everything he has worked for in life.

Tractor-trailer wreck kills two on I-79
    Monday, January 12, 2009 at 1:08 pm
    By The Associated Press

WESTON, W.Va. -- A tractor-trailer driver and a student driver trainee have been killed in a fiery crash on Interstate 79 in Lewis County.

The Lewis County Sheriff's Department says the accident occurred around 2:30 a.m. Monday near the 101.5 mile marker.

Neither victim was identified, pending notification of relatives.

The sheriff's department says the driver lost control on the icy highway and the rig hit a guardrail, rolled over an embankment and caught fire.

The rig was owned and operated by Werner Enterprises.

    The investigation is continuing.

I hate to hear this kinda stuff.

There was a Wilson truck overturned on an exit ramp on I-85 in South Carolina at the 2 get off about 6am Tuesday morning. Another Wilson driver had stopped to check on the driver I guess. Just wondering if the driver is ok. I really hate to see stuff like that happen to my fellow drivers, especially with jobs being so tight.
