I'm not positive but I think there is wording the MOU that prohibits YRC from buying companies. Although the only stuff in the MOU that gets enforced is the employee cuts.

not that it really matters but we give wilson VA. freight also.its almost funny there worried about us takeing them over. yrc wont even let us spend some of our profit on trucks and trailers and forklifts. there to busy spending our profit on package demensioners. they got 18 out of 40 set up. ive never seen a bigger bunch of no money makeing @#$holes than yrcw and yrc freight. and now there crying one of there subsiteraires high cost of daily and weekly tractor and trailer rentals cut into profitabilty cause of increase in freight volume. .i cant beleive anybody from wallstreet would even waste there own time asking these jackasses quetions at these comferance calls.

Rumor probably got started because the president of newpenn Steve bull**** Gast went to run Wilson.
