Bad performance of the last couple years has caught up to us. Many big customers were taken back by the horrific service provided by Xpo. We have lost the customer trust. We are very slow, Management won’t say anything they keep blaming China, yet the other terminals around are busy are we for sale are they doing this because they trying to get a bonus what is going on ? ? ?

XPO's leadership ( if that's what it's called nowadays ) lack of action when the problems of damages and terrible service was basically ignored when well-meaning drivers and lower management brought this to anyone's attention that could do something to fix it.Buddy, when is the last time you had to break out an XKC outbound trailer. You need a back hoe to strip it out. Y'all might have run off a few customer's.
Exactly!!! Two down Two back. My job is doneXPO's leadership ( if that's what it's called nowadays ) lack of action when the problems of damages and terrible service was basically ignored when well-meaning drivers and lower management brought this to anyone's attention that could do something to fix it.
On XPO TV ( or whatever it's called ) a big deal is being made of the handhelds being able to take pictures of damages on the dock. Also , upper management is making a big deal of "new" pro numbers that can be used to track multiple piece shipments better. ( Other companies have had a variation of this for a while )
Why would any front-line employee actively participate in anything other than the bare minimum necessary to keep your job , when it's been made sooooo clear that upper management doesn't listen or care?
XPO leadership is no different the the former Con-way leadership.XPO's leadership ( if that's what it's called nowadays ) lack of action when the problems of damages and terrible service was basically ignored when well-meaning drivers and lower management brought this to anyone's attention that could do something to fix it.

TruthI’m happy we’re at normal freight levels. I don’t consider it slow, I consider it working within our capacity.
