Not in my neck of the woods. Their service is substandard and my customers let me know it. “I keep telling these xpo drivers to stop double stacking my freight. I can’t unload it like that on this dock”.
I try to explain to the guy it’s not his driver it’s the dock morons, but he doesn’t get that a driver can tell dock to fix it till he’s blue in the face and it doesn’t nothing except get more of it
