Just my two cents. I work at UPSF there is no brotherhood over here. As long as the top guys are running and getting miles they can care less what happens to the guys at the bottom. Contractors run our freight while guys with fifteen plus years have to work the dock or sit at home. There’s no unity the only thing the Union is good for and that’s saving your job that’s it. We have UPSF,UPS Freight Truckload, UPS Freight O/O, UPS Freight flatbed, UPS Freight Dedicated, UPS Freight Advance Auto. Until you guys start going after work rules and work protection it will never change.

You have a white paper contract,Not master freight.You adress you concerns at contract proposals.If you are a casual you will sit home while a contractor runs..You will have to work a dock JOB if that's all that's left.

They have language stating Road driver can work the dock to get 40hr guarantee. Even if subcontractors are pulling work. If company denies dock then they can grieve runaround.

Sounds like some more union conspiracy theory crap. If you say something negative about the Teamsters you made up a profile and claim to work somewhere you don't. If workers don't want representation at a location the company through some back room nefarious means tricked the poor workers to do it.

You, my friend, live in an echo chamber. Your union is dying from mismanagement and you swear it's everybody else's fault

I don't know what kook aid is. I'm sorry I'm just drawing a blank. Also I don't recall saying I believed anything my company tells me. I normally base my opinions and decisions on what is actually happening. What I actually see happening is the Teamsters keep getting weaker in the freight division and grasping at straws and chicken little fantasy's to try and convince workers they have the nostrum that will fix everything. When ultimately it's you who hopes we can inject some Viagra into your impotent brotherhood by joining. Cause if we were to join, at least then you would have a prosperous company to negotiate with and maybe you could get back some of that manhood you once had instead of bending over and taking it everytime you go to the table. You know it's dying, I know it's dying you're just here trying to get CPR for the IBT.

I can't wait for your cerebral response of goofy emojis and nuts and balls references.
