He was not terminated. This so called list does not exist. This is just another way for you to spread false rumors and ideas.

I believe the list he was referring to is the "terminated" list, just a regional update of management personnel that have "moved on"...it's a normal "update" kind of thing for the safety dept so they can update their email distribution lists. Comes out every 2 weeks I believe.
