XSM Stoughton/Madison Wis is the next be reship in the works ... I have it on a good reliable source that Con-way is looking for a large parcel of land in Sun Prairie, Wis https://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&q=sun+prairie&ie=UTF-8

Any opinions how this could affect the upper midwest lanes?

If it takes any heat off Tomah, it will be a good thing. Seems like anything that comes out of Tomah is a freight claim so that usually means they are pretty busy place.
