Amazing to me that yellow management people have any guts to even show their face. From the moment they started taking the highest yielding freight that ROADWAY "had" and immediately lost many of those accts., it has been a downward spiral for any company they could get their hands on! This is a VERY poorly managed company from the days of Jevic,Saia,Wes-tex, and most of all preston! Even ROADWAY'S senior managers talk about how screwed up there micro-managed system is. Have heard from many managers that ROADWAY'S management team is far better. They have said" we now only serve Bill"s dream, not a realistic vision of a quality product".
