If my mom would not let me watch Sky King, I became an instant problem child. Not to say I was one already. von.

Yep, got really bad when you missed the Lone Ranger.
Are you kids old enough to rember the old radio shows?
Jack Armstrong, Charlie Chan, The Great Gildersleeve, Fibber Mcgee & Molly, Inner Sanctum, I'd listen to that Damn
squeaking door and be too scared to go to bed.
Dick Tracey, Mr Keen Tracer of Lost Persons.

I use to deliver big equipment recapped tires to the big coal mine on the Hoppi Indiana Reservation in Northern Arizona. And right next door the Navajo Tribe Reservation. Late 1970's and there were very few homes of any value. Living conditions on both reservations were very poor. The mine was one of the few employers that paid well for the Hopi. Beautiful country to truck in. If you went a little North to Page Arizona, it was a whole different world. von.
Von, Do you remember the tribe of half a$$ indians in Fla?
Called them Semiholes

Yea. doing very well with the casinos. With the right leadership & less drinking anybody can make it. You might want to remove your post. If the num nuts left wing nut jobs see this, you might wake up with your house surrounded with people holding hatchets. Could give a whole new meaning to the words 'hair piece'. von.

That company is distancing itself from those people.
Sorry to say it's the first thing I thought of when I saw a rack of Tiki's yesterday.
No need to apologize. If what you say offends someone, they know where the off switch is. I once walked away from someone flappin there gums as I grew tired of the message & the messenger. So I walked away. They chasesdme down & asked why I left. Told them I did not like the music just turned off their off switch. Of course they were not happy, though I was. I do believe I was rude, crude, & socially unacceptable. But that was ok. I was never bothered by them again. Mission accomplished. von.

Not withstanding the pension payment due in 2019 a congratulations to all of us for helping YRCW narrow the debt line from 1.6billion dollars a few years ago to roughly 600 million plus or minus that is owed now.Over the past 18months YRCW has paid down a tremendous amount of debt and that was accomplished with executives receiving their bonuses and others moved up within the organization and granted salary increases and options. Not bad for a company that claims to be broke.I ask with all this financial stuff being paid down why not a peep out of this organization about this major accomplishment and yet the stocks should've reflected this achievement?I ponder and wonder

It's still a billion of debt as they only refinance a portion of it (600 million) at an astronomical interest rate of 10.2%. They know trouble lies ahead and took a higher rate knowing it was better than not getting it done at all next year (no refi=bankruptcy).

Sam, not being a YRC cheerleader, not sure if all of your information is totally accurate. From what I've read, the interest rate is around 9 pct, but adjustable annually. Also, I found this quote from Market Watch,

At the end of 2016, the company saw its lowest debt levels since 2005. That same year, YRCW reduced its debt by $70.0 million. On the 2Q17 earnings call, the company said, “Since the end of 2013, we have improved our capital structure by reducing long-term debt by almost $400 million while reinvesting in the company.”
