and their solution, throw more money at it
never works never has never will
That's always the problem with Liberalism. They get their policies in place, then when their policies fail, it's always because they didn't spend ENOUGH money on it.
At least I know how to spell you're.
Maybe they will turn Liberal ( or maybe they are already)
You were saying your're what?
Trust me.......they are being taught the values of Conservatism so there's no chance they'll become lefties. I'm glad that you post some of your views though, because I use them as examples of what they need to expect when they become adults.
Children rebel against Parents
Your been a tightwad all their life , they will be big spenders
They've had a passport for about 10 years now. lol
I've given my kids the opportunity to see other countries and cultures first hand, versus having new toys sitting in the yard. Yep. Tightwad.......... for sure. lol
My kids hate pot now...... Puff...puff
Hopefully they will grow out of that
Then moochelle better stop preaching healthy eating! just using your logic. however if your logic works....oblahblahs dad must have been so tight he sqeeked when he walked.
Its hard to change a life long public school kids brain....lol
Same here....The issue is why take the lunch away AFTER you served it......sort of moronic....BTW... if a kid is HUNGRY for ANY REASON...feed them!
handled very poorly by the school
That's old school, but exactly what we STILL do here in my house. Nowadays at least one of the parents is off to work before the kids even get out of bed, and at least one of the parents are still at work for dinner time. And since society nowadays can't seem to lose the "keepin' up with the Jones" attitude, they have no other choice but to work every minute that they can. Gotta pay for all of those toys.........as society crumbles from the lack of parenting/supervision.
As long as one parent is there, at least that is something
41% of all births last year where to single mothers
If that person works, it is very likely that there will be no parent watching over that child.
My wife and I both work, I am gone when the kids get up, but I am home when they get home (of at least a little before I go to my second job). They know the expectations
Plus, both my sons play sports. The lessons taught are invaluable
I agree. Having one parent there is much better than nobody or just a baby sitter. Hopefully two parent households take advantage of the opportunities when they are both available to spend quality time as a family so that the kids do get to see a "family structure."
Watch TV on any given night and see how it's promoted as "normal". But it's clearly one of the problems with the breakdown of society.
