Governor Cuomo was on T.V. this morning crying for a bailout! 10 year BULL market, record low unemployment, record tax revenue. Not a dime saved for a rainy day. Typical DEMOCRAT story. Call your congressman, have them tell Cuomo, get your bailout from WALL STREET. We all know Wall St. is loaded with CSPF money.
