I guess I never will get it trying to say 1 driver is speaking for over 200 is dumb whether you agree or not it would never happen.

That rule changed in 2010...prior to 2010, someone that didn't vote was counted as a NO vote...2010 is also the same year that the union, along with UPS, convinced the Pelosi and Ried to change FedEx's status from RLA to NLRA.....and what a coincidence, later that year was also the same year that the IBT announced at their convention in Vegas that they were going to organize FedEx!!
