Sure doesn't sound good. If debt is due in early 2014 they better get things fixed or else.....

They need to grow up and earn their own money. QUIT BEGGING.
We need our own proposals from New Penn Teamster. NO more shoving last minute one sided ripoff deals down our thoats. They knew they neede this long ago. They cant just come in here expecting a rushed yes vote without us having proposals too.
The banks and YRC need us more than we need them The freight will still exist.
The banks will be out $1.4 billion if we fold. A bunch of liquidated rusty junk trucks in place of their interest payments willl not look good to the bank sharehoklderd nor the FED who loans the banks their money.....not to mention 32,000 families who will also stop paying their personal debts if unemployed.....not good for those who worry about the value of the US dollar......some fool who loaned the money will look pretty bad if they fold.
I say we propose to have them cut us lose in a set time period under contract or promise to shut down YRC freight under contract.......or no deal.....close the doors and good luck as future businessmen and bankers after all the bigshots loose tons. Otherwise this could go on forever. NO DIFFERENT THEN NONUNION WHEN WE GET NO PROPOSALS.

BA said today they want a 5 yr extension as is from date of vote count if it passes. Hoffa wants memberr feedback first so be ready with feedback for local...yrc wants unrealistic 10 day response.
