Heard we will only have line haul running now at night so trucks are back before inspectors get out on the road in daytime....

The 75th percentile still means that 25% of like sized fleets out there are worse than YRC. Alert status for maintenance doesn't occur until the 85th percentile. Yes, the YRC fleet is showing the signs of age and yes, they will start looking more closely at the trucks roadside. If and when the percentile ever reaches alert status, the FMCSA will first write to the company requesting their plans to correct the situation. Actual intervention is a long ways away.

Does this include lifts?
Serious trouble if it does...... Lol.
P. S.
DO NOT TAKE IT OUT IF IT IS NOT ROADWORTHY!
We all know this and they do too. The shop will be clogged and no freight delivered or picked up.
This is just sad.... sad:apologetic:

Nothing about this should be surprising. This pos for years spent nothing on capital expenditures and has just now begun to buy new or newer equipment. Maintenance is a complete joke. And this after billions in concessions. They can get all the batman duct tape they want. The lack of reinvestment will be its death. But the top management is and will be taken care of

That's what happens when a company invest all it's money on a CEO instead of updating the equipment.
Don't forget the new uniforms they are spending $$ on. We may be broke, but no one will be able to say we do not look sharp!!!!!

But, in fact, they are updating their equipment. Not quit as fast as it needs to be, but some 'effort' is there.

Lemme know when you find some qualified person to run this asylum for a mere pittance of say 100K.

Would that make you happy?

Will they have to pay millions to Welch to make him go away just like they did the last bafoon. Or how about the millions wasted paying off the previous 2 CFO's because they left as well. This turnaround has been going on since 2009. It is now 2015. 2 profitable quarters in 6 years????

Not my job to find someone to run the co. It would make me happy if they used the 13 million in compensation increases for the top 2 executives to buy badly needed equipment. I think 4 million plus is enough for a CEO of a company losing money.

They make money, how couldnt they. They would shut it down if it was the lousy underperforming company that they state it is......i thought you were going to start a wildcat? Nows the time, we are busy and understaffed.....
