Yellow | YRC earnings

I understand they fell way short of analysts projections and the stock fell and is in the :shit:ter but that has nothing to do with operating capital. The lenders could give two :::shit::: if the stock price is a dollar or a hundred dollars as long as the company is making money and paying their interest payments.
The shareholders investing in our stock however don't see a lot of upside in our company.
Nonetheless ,anyone that is expecting 15 % back may as well get a jump on the next job because it isn't going to happen.

Perhaps the expectation is because this is the greatest freight environment in at least 30 years if not maybe the best freight environment ever....
If any carrier cannot make a very good profit now, can they ever??? If not is it time to bail?????

YRC will struggle as interest rates rise leaving more questions than answers..

YRC will continue to struggle as long as we have: 1) a corporate mindset that doesn't include "serving the customer" at the very top of the list, followed by "growing the business" which requires paying the drivers better so that we can attract drivers; 2) Some of our people who think that they really don't have to put forth their best effort; 3) Way too many decision-makers who really aren't very good at making sound decisions.
