When are YRC employees going to get tired of being led by idiots ?
OR are they really "dumb like a fox", playing YRCW employees like a cheap fiddle? THEY keep paying themselves big salaries and big bonuses, but continue to keep the "peons" down that are paying their big salaries. Have any of THEM ever took a reduction in salary for poor performance?
Has any of the YRC executives that have left either refused or has YRC withdrawn any "performance bonuses" or "golden parachutes" for them for doing a poor job? YOU answer that question. What would happen to a rank and file YRCW employee if he (or she) was proven to be unable to do the job they were hired to do? Would THEY be given a big bonus on their way out the door?
I think the Insanity definition lies more with the YRCW employees than with management that has become a "revoving door" for sub-par top brass to come to YRC for a short time, collect a big salary then another big bonus when they leave. Then the next one comes to YRC and the whole thing is repeated again and again. Nothing changes for the top brass except for the faces. After a short stay at YRCW, they happily leave, fat, dumb and happy with their personal retirement accounts in much better financial condition than when they arrived.

Maybe going have to bump it up to -20% in 2019 !! can already here them saying we are so BROKE !!
 
I think they should buy more freight dimensioners. Or maybe they should give bigger bonuses at the top. Or how about stop fighting with the Employees and just focus on hauling freight?! Maybe there is money to be made in just hauling freight! **snark**
