That is just code meaning they are going to completely stop fixing New Penn, Holland, Redaway equipment so they can siphon even more profits into the black hole. After all, its about stockholder value.

I agree with wall street being the devil but it looks like Holland, New Penn and Reddaway are getting the new equipment while YRC is not?? Just an observation and a time will tell thing... I have my suspicions.
 
Because YRC already GOT their tractors. We've been waiting forever for ours. You can't even get a spare tractor when yours breaks down...they're all in the shop waiting for parts!
