besides the fact that every one will tell me how much yrcw is nothing but lieing number producers, how can this corp. lose 9.5million,for the quarter, when yrc 's o/r was 95.6 and regionals was 93.5? they sold logistics for at least , what? 25 mil. take home. with all there billions of loses in the last few years they should have tax credits out the wasoo. they haven't paid into any pension for anybody at yrcw for at least a year. there has been no new equipment since there last batch of leases of volvo , at least 2 yrs ago. we run out of trailers, emptys i mean, early in the day, yrcw says heh, you can have 40 or so left over junk we couln't get rid of when we sold ligistics, so now theres NPME on them but you can still see ex company on the side. they sold most of our terminals for cash, which didnt go into npme pocket. and when asked about whats going to happen 1-1-11, he says were talking about it with the teamsters, we have 2 comitess of discusions going on. pension and how to be competitive, i'm confident we will come to a mutal decesion. zollars better answer his phone , cause it's his proctologist calling , and he ain't saying shove it in farther!!
