According to the SEC Filings on April 27, 2016, YRCW Board Members each received 13,631 shares of YRCW stock incentives (No Cost To Them).

THE DAY BEFORE THEY ARE TO ANNOUNCE THE 1Q 2016 RESULTS….

The 13,631 shares were valued at $128,131.40 for each of the nine (9) at the opening of the bell that day. At closing of the market they had increased by $5,861.33 each.


The total of the award for all nine (9) was $1,153,182.60….meanwhile; we received our $.034 per hour raise this past week!

( 1) These restricted stock units are fully vested; however, receipt of the vested shares of common stock is deferred until the earlier of the reporting person's death, disability, or termination of service with the board of directors of the issuer.

Not too shabby a "bonus" for the Board Members on top of their other compensation is it?!

Great idea, but the "experienced stalker" would surely cast division upon that idea.

It does smell fishy doesn't it? Particularly when you combine it with a quarterly announcement to be released after the close of business on the following day.
 
That much money for running a place into the ground. Don't even try and somehow ya get rich........seems like it's trickle down economic thinking by all of those who quit working.... do nothing. Make millions......work hard....get shafted. ...the system has a few little quirks which need addressing.
