Zollars started the morale problem ,1st with -10% and then -5% more and the a weeks vac and cutting pension and the list goes on , and so " stadium idiot rat "look back in the history of why morale is lowest every !!!

The easiest way to help this company make money would be to raise morale. If they just gave us our week of vacation back as a show of good faith, that would help producivity and really improve their profitability. People are looking for anything positive from this company.

I remember Z well. He shoved two good companies together, eliminating my job...

Roadway had 70 local drivers in Indy. Yellow had 77. Now they bid 38 combined. Together our dock/city was over 400. They cut to 150 until a year ago.

On the good side tho- I ended up at a better job!
