Does anyone know if any of the LTL carriers will hire people that have a felony on their record over 10 years old?

I think each carrier has their own rules on what they will accept and what they wont. There are all types of felonies, some one who was 18/19 and got caught selling pot is different the someone that committed armed robbery. Both are felonies but completely different.
