I hate frivolous laws suits as much as anybody.
But when these guys were fired and replaced with younger guys I say yea, sue and collect. Good for them!

Seems to me that there is a big difference between spilling a cup of coffee, and age discrimination. If these people were actually fired and replaced with younger workers for no other reason than their age, I say they have a genuine case.
