The girl didn't know the risk? Break needed here, my back hurts, so does my neck, shoulder, hands, feet...you get the idea, I wish a coke truck would bump into me, for 24 million, I could become one of them people, the ones that sue

Like claiming "I didn't know" would lessen the damages.
Now she's UNEMPLOYABLE in Driving except possibly at small companies running like bandidos.

Even with a "hands-free" law in New Mexico I still see drivers of any vehicle on the road on their phones--law enforcement half the time! I would LOVE $24 million...and I bet she isn't feeling the pain from everything afterwards and just sued them for all she could!
