    Like claiming "I didn't know" would lessen the damages.
    Now she's UNEMPLOYABLE in Driving except possibly at small companies running like bandidos.

    Wonder what "payoffs" will be when hit by DRIVERS using Headsets??

    Even with a "hands-free" law in New Mexico I still see drivers of any vehicle on the road on their phones--law enforcement half the time! I would LOVE $24 million...and I bet she isn't feeling the pain from everything afterwards and just sued them for all she could!
