twice Ive hooked to my back box and couldn't hook up as there were either two red or blue connectors. Thanks *******s!

So now i make it a point to check it everytime.
My pre-trip used to be simple... The tires look round and I have some lights so let's go..lol..

I guess that's not really funny but that's what I did. I went a few miles with a broken slack adjuster and that woke me up. It's probably a miracle that I'm closing in on a million Con-way miles, but I'm now really thorough on pre-trips. I seriously check everything twice including the fifth wheel..

Well......I completely dis-assemble and then run non-destructive tests on every part of the dolley, before reassembling it to shop specs. Before using it on my run. Takes about 4 hrs., but as you all know, "Safety is our number one priority"........

Well put Micro Brew! Same thing here, every time I find a new problem, it complicates the PTI further, I think I'll make me a check off list soon......at 49, I have to double check crap anyway because by the time I get done, I'm wondering, "Was the lic plate light on back there?", or "Did I have all my lug nuts on that front box right side?" LOLOLOL
