WRONG! Some of us stopped drinking the Kool Aid and realized there IS life after CWX (Con-Way Freight Western-LOL)!
I will NEVER regret my 12 years with CWX/Con-Way (I quit, was not even close to being fired, for the record) but it sure is nice to be treated like a real driver now over here at XXXXX (and the pay rocks too!)

Back in the COE days at the company that funded your present day operations...
A transport operator as we were called was just a few miles the other side of Mill City in the middle of the night had an accident also. Something hit the front grill and took out the radiator and front end of said tractor a total loss and no one ever found out what it was that caused the damage. I have heard other drivers ( Yellow) talk about flying saucers out in the flourishing waste land ...

I was running out west years and years ago talking to a another driver headed in the same direction and he was telling me to watch out for the SAND MONKEYS. They will run you right off the road.

I worked for estes before conway. It is a chicken ***** outfit if there ever was one. I feel this way probably because of the location I was at.

I judge a company based on there equipment and at what point if any OT gets paid. Based on that criteria, the BIG E is definitly NO place for me. Talk about driving around town in a bucket of bolts. In my part of the world, every customer and I mean EVERY customer thinks the BIG E sucks and the only reason they due business with them is because there rates are the CHEAPEST. You get what you pay for.
