Con-way Inc. Reports 2012 First Quarter Results - Yahoo! Finance

then we would have 2 or 3 different people that don't even work here, trying to post this news. So, I'll do it.
This is historically the worst quarter, and it's good. This just sets the stage for a better bonus this year and another raise next year.

Personally , I just want 401k matching back - completely. And for the 2nd tier of drivers that get nothing from Con-way for retirement , to get something.

They give you 3%, and you don't even have to contribute anything..who else does that with the 401K?
New employees don't get anything, but they never had it, and know what they get coming into it. But, they do need to change it to help with the turnover.

I not clear as to what your talking about, but I can assure you they are not doing anything illegal. You sound like one of the liberals who want to take somebody's money because they are successful. You people kill me. You should be glad you work for a company that you know will be around for a long time.

Look say what you want, my intent was to point out the fact that this news wasn't "broke" sooner, because it was good news. If it were bad news, it would've been posted 5 minutes after the news release..probably by somebody that doesn't even work here. That's the point..Haha

If all the drivers are doing the same work why shouldn't they receive the same pay and benefits???

Re-read my post. I DID say it needs to be changed.
