Welp finnaly seen a memo hanging in Hickory ,NC on what that "c" on the ends meant and it means ""Captive unit"" with entern mean they want these trailer to primarly stay in the northeast region and north south east region they have some kind of hanging load bar system in the trailers it said per Rob Estes
