Uncle Robs son, our cousin is the new TM at 025

Its offical, Webb ....s is now the new TM at 025 starting in mid June. At 27 yrs old, he will be the man in charge. Hows this going to work ? Will it be a tightly run ship by the book or will he get everything he wants (trucks, forklift, people) and screw the numbers? Cant wait to see this.

Things were so bad here, the last TM was 'let go' and the OM was demoted to a Dock Supervisor. One good thing, moral can only go up cause it cant get any lower.

We had a run once, that went to HOU to MCAllen...The driver on that run said Webb came down and run things in HOU when they didn't have a TM down there a couple years back...Said he (acted) was the nicest guy you would want to meet...He's run linehaul..He's worked the dock..He's done break-bulk and hub...So he should knwo the ropes...

An old Tm talked to me until he was blue in the face about him. He said the company will only get better when he takes over.
I remember when he stayed at the old bunk room in 010. He said theirs not a thing wrong with it. Lol I reckon these bunkrooms will be around a while

With increasing in size, come changes...You just gotta be ready for it... I thought they handled the change pretty well...Yeah, there are things that need to be tweeked..But all in all, we are probably the best non-union carrier out there....If you think it's bad nowadays, remember the old ones,and things will look better..
