Are they cutting city drivers hours just to make work for the road drivers? Thats what they do at my center.

not any more what they were doing last year was when line drivers came in off there runs they were given volumes or drop and hooks.that didn't fly with us city drivers so they stopped it after things started getting ugly between city drivers and road drivers.the road drivers were refusing dock work at the hubs so they can get back early to steal our work.there was almost a couple of fist fights over it between drivers and drivers and mgrs.once somebody brought up the union it stopped that day.

At least you found a way to stop it. We will all have to try that it seems to work.
