I need a new pair of black boots

Can someone recommend a particular brand that looks nice and is comfortable for driving? My old pair have gone waayyyyyyyyyyy past their useful lifespan and I am gettiing "John the Baptist" and "Air Jesus" comments from people on my route. And that is bad for my rep and street cred.

I need a brand that shines up nice when polished but not too heavy-duty to get in the way. Would prefer mid-high boots since full-size are too cumbersome and regular work shoes look kinda tacky IMHO.

Any advice? Thanks drivers!!!

I've purchased name brand boots from this store and have had a good buying experience.
On occasion they have a buy one get the other for 1/2 off.

Mid high would be in the 6" range.
Timberland Pro Series have been good to me.

Wolverine is a pretty good brand. I wore a pair for while now and they still look good (maybe I don't work very hard) and they are comfortable in all temperatures. I don't know the exact boot but they are mid-high and not bulky. I know I bought them at Dicks and they had a pretty good selection. Little pricey though.

UPSF=Steel toed, Black or Brown and must be polishable.

When I worked at Fedex I always had trouble finding good black boots, I bought their steel toes tennis shoes back when..that was a waste, I discovered how much I liked red wings but could never find the ones I liked to wear in black, I wound up getting leather dye in a shoe polish like applicator and dying them, worked good for me, I don't know if I could polish them though, never tried, I was always getting them dirty or muddy anyway and to polish my boots would have been one more thing to add to the list.
