I think its safe to say most of us like the Volvo, and AF and FXFE have been a good customer to them. Check out this nice long nose they make now. I have only seen one on the road.Volvo VT : Volvo Trucks - Volvo Trucks Global

That is the 880 dude. They can be spec'd to be fully automated. You get an automatic transmission that works in unison with the JAKEBRAKE12 on cruise. The road test report I read said they took some getting used to but with the VD615 they were pretty sweet. I think you FXFE guys should push for those new T660's. Best looking "aerodynamic" ride I've ever seen. I see a good deal of the 880's on I80 out here in the keystone. They are kind ugly at best.

What I have not seen yet is Cornbinder's avitar.. Kinda hope I never do.. What was wrong with the 9900I..

Sorry Cornbinder.. That is a fugly looking ride.

The ride I pointed out looks like a plastic toy.The new thirteen letter manure spreaders all look pretty cool. Good work trucks that last. When I used to wrench I liked Freightliners, but never drove one as a job.

I remember when the Century class came out it looked futuristic and took some getting used to. Now it lookes dated. I sat in a new t660 a few weeks ago and the interior in them is like an expensive car. Trucks have come a long way. The one feature I have not seen yet, and would like to, is heated wipers. I would pay the money to have them.

The T2000 was the same way, it stood out then but now they blend in. Either that or I'm used to seeing them now.

Man, now you're talking! You would think by now trucks would have that option.
