i'm not worried about being anonymouse i have told larry m. and rodney m. and a few others my opinions face to face and i'm still here.just don't be a dck about it.i think if more people stated what problems they are having or what they don't agree with we would have less problems but it seems most are just affraid to stand up say something.

we give our hourly employees a survey.. we get the results back in September.. then we turn around and give our customers a survey.. all the focus was taking off of the hourly surveys..

With all due respect, I don't think that's the case at all. I think the supes just get tired of hearing it and let it slide. Corporate must not make it very important, because it's happened every year that we've had the survey. I'm sure they take the customer survey much more seriously than the employee survey.

Also seeing a place to suggest a question for the next survey would be nice.
I would love to see that also. Of course, we would never really know if those were the true results or not. You certainly can't trust corporate to be honest with us now can you?

But I think we are all concerned about the same things if the postings here are any indication.

Or maybe they should just clean house with the sups at your barn.. We have to take the survey as well.. and yes, many of us think it's a waste of time.. but just like the postings here.. many do not give their honest response, and just score everything at the lowest for spite, so who is to ever know what the true results would be.

Gtrdone, I do really applaud you, your commitment and attitude. However, I would love to know what Valhalla or island your center is located in.

I was with AF/FXF for 13 years and still have a brother in mgmt there who operated in centers all over the northern and southern divisions. What you always talk about is the "way it should be", but rarely is. And when it is, it never remains or stays consistent. It comes right out of the policy and procedures, preachings, and lip-service that is found on the Intranet and people development classes.

I was 100% loyal and in love with the AF group and Harrison of old. I saw the tide come and wash away all that was once good and made that company the special place it was. It literally broke my heart and then turned my sentiment to rage as I watched it get worse and worse and our leadership care less and less as it misdirected our great company. And I know it's Harrison...not Memphis to blame. The leadership that has come on over the past 5-6 years are there to make a name for themselves and their own careers and could care less about maintaining the culture or the people that made them great. You've seen it already. And the ones that couldn't nose ahead with Harrison, took flight to the National side and are now going to pursue the same egocentric and narcissistic avenues there.

I am now gone, but truly am sad for those still there and only wish you and your families the best in whatever you do.

    God bless...

Now Island or Valhalla... I have been in the Southern Region for over 8 years... All of the centers that I have been at have been well ran centers, with pretty good managment. Where I am now, has probably one of the best supervisor crews in the company.. And I will about bet you that any shuttle that runs this hub will agree.
