CIGNA HealthCare Survey

I just received a reminder letter from CIGNA HealthCare to fill out what looks to be a 5 page survey.
With so many folks complaining about some of the shortfalls of this plan, I'm surprised that nobody has brought up this survey to my attention before.
Will have to wait till I find 20 minutes to fill this out and mail it.
They don't seem to even give you a website to fill this survey online.

I have yet to get a survey. I have noticed a change in Cigna's handling of my claims recently. They seem to want to deny or ask for more info on alot of stuff. My kids are double covered and they want me to provide info about my ex's insurance. I don't have access to that. Meanwhile, they keep holding payments for stuff they have paying for years.

I hate to think that I am so special to be selected for this survey from an elite list.
I just filled out the survey and they asked general questions in these categories:
0) Survey Instructions........2 questions
1) Your Health Care in the Last 12 Months.... 14 questions.
2) Your Personal Doctor.....10 questions
3) Getting Health Care From Specialists....4 questions
4) Your Health Plan.....30 questions
5) About You.....19 questions

My wife is a Nurse (In the health care system) and our insurance plan is better than her's. Just some F.Y.I. for the Health Care Haters out there....

I'll let you know what happens to me. We needed to use it last month, and so far am happy with the results . Had an $1600.00 ambulance bill, and they paid it all except $132.05 Had emergency room, plus 5 days in the hospital. Hope I can give everybody good news when it all gets said and done. BTW, it's CIGNA. Have had good phone results also.

My wife was a nurse also (at a large hospital)..well she still has a current ticket, but I'm glad she quit nursing 20 years ago, too many sick and people that die .... ..she got discounts that your not telling about, that we don't get.

If your wife works at a doctors office .... I will be suprised if she has any insurance, other than yours.

Don't you just love playing phone tag with the menu selection junk that Cigna has. Spend more time trying to figure out who you need to talk to than actually talking to someone.

Maybe it is because you are a very healthy puppy and never get sick or have a need to see your doctor or specialist very often.
