Question Question about the pay raise

Does anyone know if a city driver still in the 3yr new hire wage progression gets the raise? Or does the company ad a percentage of it to the annual progression?

Usually you will only get a percentage of the raise if you are not at full scale

They said at our barn that it is a "cost of living raise" and that those not @ top of scale would be getting $.65 cents an hour

We all got 2 cents a mile and .75 an hour across the board no matter what seniority last year and they are doing the same this year. It only takes us 3 years to top pay, must be diff for diff areas of the country.
