I've seen a few reinstated after the NAACP came in and bullied the company. He was fired 7 times and each one was deserved. We had a female who had been fired a number of times she deserved them too. She would sue and settle for cash and a job. She usually had 4 active lawsuits at any given time just to get money from the company. These two people did their best to not do any work.

I always get a bang out of people when they use the self same tactics these companies employ...shoving it right back in their face.

I hope the NAACP, EEOC, and the ADA jams it right up their ass. The company wouldn't hesitate to use any legal means to manipulate or end someone's career if it suited their agenda.

Deserved dismissal or not...it does the soul good to hear of folks shoving the legal/ethical mantra back into the faces of those who have no qualms about doing it to others...all in the name of profits.

You may say "Rat...aren't you being a little hard in your assessment?"

And I would unashamedly say "No".

I can buy into the 'people first' thing...hell, I would even be willing to ascribe to the 'purple promise' ideology if it truly meant something...but it doesn't. It is advertising hype for the general public...the media...and the industry.

When a company upends the lives and incomes of good hard working and dedicated folks (with impunity) every three to six months...expecting them to transfer or leave this marvelously managed enterprise ...not giving a good god damn about how it affects the people...then I have to support the ranks of those who use whatever means available to them to garner a leg up.

Good for them...I wish them success!!!

For those who wish to jump on my political beliefs...I am a hard right wing conservative...a US Constitution endorsing SOB...and proud of it.

I have little tolerance for corporate America when it comes to the treatment of the people they employ. All in the name of profit and using the economy as a 'bully pulpit'. Erstwhile CEOs...BOD members, and the company execs get large bonuses, stock options, and raises...

Continuing to believe they have snowballed the rank and file once again.

High friggin' fives all over the corporate suite.

    Pathetic!!!
