If somebody retires does that mean the board does a full rebid or is it just the drivers from him/her down the list? I've seen it both ways and not sure which is correct.

He cannot retire until the next bid.It was in his contract. You better check the fine print on the TP.

From what I understand they have 90 days now to cover the change in the board. Used to be 30.
