New court ruling for short haul.

Court ruled that short haul drivers will SOON not be required to take a 30 min break. They did not give an exact effective date nor did I catch what they define as a short haul driver.

Half our drivers are exempt from the DOT rule. They will still have to go by FedEx rules. You have to remember, FedEx makes the rules, not DOT???

It will only effect drivers who are 5' 6" or shorter. TP

There's a rule for intrastate also but our terminal says they're required by FedEx to take their lunch break.
