think the price of their soda is going to go up?

I wonder if this gal asked for that much money for her pain,& suffering?
Or a smart lawyer was able to convince her to go for the gold knowing Coke has deep pockets.

I know as a rule lawyers get up to 33% of law suits.

Bar rate around here is 25% for taking and filing, 33% if filing goes to court, and 50% for going to court, and winning a judgement.
