Another truck that shouldn't be on the road. "Lost his brakes at an exit ramp", how the hell does that happen? Get these POS trucks off the road!
I like all dogs I meet, and some people too.

    Angry

One reporter claiming the skill of the driver is what prevented further damage.
WHAT SKILL does it take to steer a SPEEDING C. M. V. into the side of a Car, then attempt a left turn and lay over??
    Truck lost Brakes??
Another mexican driver, what a surprise.

As Guardrail stated GET THOSE P.O.S. VEHICLES OFF THE ROADS!!
I add AS WELL THOSE P.O.S. INCOMPETENT DRIVERS!!

Having a business at a "T" intersection is a risky business. Same with owning a home at a "T" intersection.

I agree, incompetent drivers and improperly pre-tripped trucks do not belong on the road. However, regardless of those circumstances, it does appear the driver tried to avoid the cars and abruptly turn his truck away from smashing head on into the gas station. Which obviously caused the load to shift.

I think when the driver said, "His load shifted" he was speaking out of nervousness, embarrassment and fear while temporarily shifting blame and making excuses other than his brakes being at fault. Any load would shift if you're driving that fast and make a sudden turn. He should have just told the truth so it would be put on record and he could get fired and end up with a screwed up DAC report. lol

The customer was pretty brave in attempting to help out the people in the tractor.
To a reporter and other non CDL holders, that's "Skill"
To a seasoned safe CDL drivers, that we are, that's "Incompetent"
