As strange and bizarre as this was. I truly believe it was highway hypnosis while exiting.
You get so use to the humming of the motor, pace of the traffic and forget to look what's ahead of you.
SMITH system failure, Huge black mark on his DAC report.
I usually get this when I've been driving for long periods of time on the highway.
After exiting, I find myself speeding in local traffic.

sponsored links That was crazy. He did seem to be hypnotized because his face didn't even register that there were cars ahead. He never tried to brake.
