    Noise cancelling corded headset

Can anyone recommend a noise cancelling corded headset? I bought a Jabra off eBay that was suppose to be noise cancelling but nobody could understand a word I was saying because of the background noise. I had a Blue Parrot Bluetooth but it broke and I want to stay away from wireless as much as possible. My cell phone has the 3.5 jack.
I did notice Loves has a corded boom type headset for 19.99 but it didn't say anything on the package about noise cancelling so I didn't buy it.

I have a plantronics wireless head set and it does what it says. Try it or the wired one is here.

I always used corded before going cordless. I hated them. They always caught on everything they could and pulled loose from the phone. That being said, any over the head with a boom mic that sits in front of your pie hole will work better than the kind that sits 1" from your ear.

If your parrot is around 1 year old, send it in for warranty. They are good about sending out a reman unit. If you don't have a receipt, tell them it was less than a year ago and you're good. The last one I sent in on Monday and on Tuesday they sent me an email telling me my replacement was shipped. (Before they received the old one.)

I like all dogs I meet, and some people too.

Like guardrail and I have said Blue parrott or plantronics is the way too go. I personaly have the Plantronics Voyager pro wireless headset with noise canceling mic and it works fine. I have drove from NC to Texas in a big rig and could talk over the wind noise coming in the window without any or much background noise.

as for the warranty on both he is right just call them and say you threw away your reciept and both companies will honor it.

    Good Luck.

Blue Parrot will stand behind their product. My wife bought for herself, a blueparrot express, a item very close to the expressway, but not as good. It came with a car charger only. I called VXI to buy a charger, but they sent it to me free of charge.....PLUS....2 foam ear pieces....2 ear hangers.....2 over the head hangers...and a small bag of foam mic covers....POSTAGE PAID. Go ahead and send your blue parrot in to be repaired. Mine is like my right arm....I can't do crap without it.
