The driver of the truck struck by the ex-wife of New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo has been charged with leaving the scene of an accident without reporting it

Rocco Scuiletti, of Poughkeepsie, was driving on Interstate 684 north of New York City when he was struck by Kerry Kennedy's Lexus on Friday.

You always should swap papers and report it no matter if there is no damage to our truck. I was rear ended once in Boston, no damage at all to rear ICC bar, but car messed up some. I swapped papers with the lady, but her papers were funky as she didnt speak very good english. Got a bad feeling about it, so I stopped at the local precinct house and made a report. A few months later the woman tried to claim it was my fault, but i had a police report, she didnt. Claim filed in waste bucket. Dont trust anybody,always make out the papers!

i dont know, but i watched on national TV where she appologized to the trucker for hitting his truck. But naturally they found the need to charge the trucker.
