Jevic filed for chap 11 in Delaware case#08-11006 hearing scheduled for 6- 18 or 20 to assign an claims agent. My brother and I live in Northern Nevada and drove toOntario Ca. to go to work we drove avg.8000 miles per week for Jevic they left us stranded in central Ca. without fuel cards.I threatned to drop their frt. in undisclosed location if we didnt get fuel auth in ten, got it in 5 mins. drove to Ontario term emptied trk and went home. Signed on to class action suit today.
