    David R. Cook
    David R. Cook HAMILTON- David R. Cook, 55, of Hamilton, passed away Thursday at home. Born in Chicago, IL, Mr. Cook had been a resident of Hamilton for 34 years and worked at N.F.I., Inc. of Vineland as a truck driver and also with Jevic Transportation for 20 years. Son of the late Lawrence Cook, he is survived by his wife of 33 years, Janice L. Cook; his mother, Deloris Walsh; his children and their spouses, Kevin and Dawn Cook, Deloris and Robert Nyerges, and Richard L. Cook and Samantha Gale-Cook; his grandchildren, Haley, Tyler, Logan, Nicole and Lacey; his brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Debbie Cook; and two nephews. Family and friends may call 10am-12 p.m. Saturday at the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ. The family will speak during this time. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contribution be made to The Humane Society of the United States (HSUS), Dept. GABHGP, 2100 L Street NW, Washington, DC 20037.
