DON'T YOU THINK IT'S TIME FOR THE COMPANY TO GIVE BACK OUR PAY CUT? Don't tell me this company not making a profit it's been 3 years & other company are getting there money back. WHY NOT US!

In April the union and company will talk, if they haven't started already. If no agreement can be reached, it'll go to arbitration, just like last year.

I will give the company credit as far as how the give back would be used; equipment. I've pulled several of the new trailers and I've heard the new Macks should be hitting the road soon. That's what they said they needed the money for, so at least they were honest about where the money would go.

So what we are are hearing if your contract is up you will get back 3% of the 5% give back. If your contact is up next year you get the 3%. Wish is bull we all gave at the same time we should get back at the same time. This company better wake up once the ecomomy turns around they will no drivers to drive the new trucks & trailers they are buying!

Ya this is one cheep company when it comes to its employees. They sure took that 5% fast once the vote was ok'd but we won't see our 3% until next Jan 1st at our terminal. It's like they love to rub it in our face's by telling us that we are getting our money back but not for 8 months.

Good luck with that one driver... NEMF is a private company..not publicly traded. Good luck proving they made money.
