Been here 20 plus years. Don't plan to leave anytime soon. I usually work right at 40 per week, don't want more than that, so no overtime doesn't bother me at all. I learned a long time ago it's Either "Live to Work" or "Work to Live". I'd much rather spend more time with my family and pass on expensive junk. Employee only healthcare on the traditional ins plan is 100% covered by the company. One of the few jobs anywhere that is true.Good coworkers, good boss. The 401K could be better but I've seen regular improvement over the years I've been here. (better employer match.) Plus they give a discretionary match based on profit....they do better, I do better. That's a win/win. No complaints.
