    Hey just looking for a little 411, can anyone from the nashville tn. terminal let me know if they are looking to put on some new linehual hires? or is it like many other companys, and where you have to slave in the city for god knows how long until you get a chance to run the big road? thanks odfl.

    Not scared, just tired. 2 years of it with Con-way and I'm sick of bumping 15-20 docks a day.

    Sound's like to me you looking for green'r pastures..Why want you just run Road at Conway..O'h I forgot them City Driver's have to work Freight too!!!

    Well,P&D isn't for everyone..Love listening to the linehaul driver's wine&cry when the City Driver's run the road...When you say something to them about the City side they shut-up..lol..A little hard work is good for the soul..

    I don't want to run the road at con-job because I don't have enough seniority to go anywhere. Our nearest breakbulk is 37 miles away, I'd be there every night and doing a 6 hour sentence on the dock!! Screw that action man! Takes at least 5-7 years to get a decent run, I've only got 2 in so far.

    Those line drivers prolly raise hell and then whine when they have to work all weekend... Can't please everyone...

    I don't remember seeing any P/D drivers running over the fourth of July holiday while it was schedules as normal for line-haul(relays at least)here.
